Make and keep this promise to yourself:

“I commit myself
To live in harmony with everyone;
To harm no one physically, emotionally, financially;
To encourage others to do likewise; and
To defend against all threats
To life, liberty, and pursuit of joy.”

(Repeat out loud thrice daily for at least three weeks.)

Share this with another person who will do the same.
